After a great collaboration in 2015, GrandVision called on our help again. Our job? Developing an entire floor in a new working style in the office. Entirely focused on the new way of working after corona: hybrid working, meeting and meetings had to be central.
After COVID-19, a combination of working from home, limited workplaces in the office and hybrid working became the norm. This is how the future vision for Grandvision was born: an office where meeting, coming together and brainstorming are central. Fixed workplaces have become flexible workplaces and hybrid working is paramount.

We designed a cozy coffee corner in the arrivals hall. A delicious cup of coffee in the comfortable sitting areas and a pleasant chat with colleagues is a good start to the day. Because let's face it, the best ideas often come from casual conversations at the coffee machine
All forms of working are central in the office. We placed a high-tech TV screen at a high standing table for a virtual consultation with colleagues on the other side of the world. At the large table in the middle of the office, employees can brainstorm, make plans and bring projects to life.
We have not only thought about functionality. We also ensured the perfect acoustics throughout the building. We look back on a successful project that is all about the new way of working!
