And so it happened. The four students soon arrived at our office, eager to learn as much as possible. It was our job to give them a taste of our industry.
You learn the most by doing. That’s why we gave them an assignment: “Reconnect the team in the office that is currently split in two.”
With a tight two-hour deadline, the students got to work. They had the freedom to open walls and move furniture as needed.
In practice, we often see that time pressure sparks creativity. This was true for the students as well. In that short time, the pairs came up with very surprising and completely different sketches.
It was an educational day for the students, but also for us. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and we can’t wait to see more of them in the future!
