Design and Build is an integrated way of working in which design and execution fall under one roof. Instead of working with separate parties for design, construction and project management, you choose one single point of contact with BESPARK. This makes the process more transparent, efficient and less prone to errors.
We also refer to it as a Design and Build contract: you tell us what you need in your office design and we manage the entire office realisation, from styling to ICT and wifi.

Our Design and Build approach consists of five clear steps:
1. Inventory
We listen, observe and ask the right questions. What is your vision? What do you need? And what is possible within the space?
2. Design
We translate your wishes into a creative and functional concept, including floor plans, mood imagery, material choices and an initial cost estimate.
3. Technical development
We develop the design structurally and technically into a complete execution plan, including permits and coordination with suppliers.
4. Realisation
We build, manage and monitor. From flooring to lighting and from furniture to installations. Everything according to schedule and budget.
5. Delivery and aftercare
The project is only complete when you are satisfied. Even after delivery, we stay involved, for example with questions or adjustments.

Na het afronden van mijn Bachelor Interieurarchitectuur wist ik niet goed of ik in dit vakgebied door wilde gaan. De omstandigheden rondom het coronavirus hebben er mede voor gezorgd dat het plezier in mijn studie was afgenomen en dit deed mij twijfelen of ik de juiste keuze had gemaakt. Om hier achter te komen ben ik op zoek gegaan naar praktijkervaring in het werkveld, en zo ben ik bij iL Office terecht gekomen. Na een paar ontmoetingen heeft Iwan mij een traineeship aangeboden van een half jaar. Vanaf het begin is het doel hiervan geweest mezelf te ontwikkelen op zowel werkvlak als persoonlijk vlak. Iwan, Maja en Roos hebben mij hier vooral in ondersteund en geadviseerd, maar tegelijkertijd vrij gelaten om te ontdekken, te leren en om van alle facetten van het bedrijf wat mee te krijgen.
Naast het werk bestaat iL Office ook gewoon uit een heel leuk team met mensen die mij vanaf het begin welkom hebben laten voelen en die mij het gevoel hebben gegeven deel uit te maken van het bedrijf. Iedereen stond open voor vragen, persoonlijke inbreng en het maken van fouten om er vervolgens van te leren. Dit vond ik een hele prettige manier van werken. Mijn traineeship bij iL Office heeft mijn passie en interesse voor het vak weer aangewakkerd en bovendien sterker gemaakt. De ervaring die ik hier heb opgedaan is mij enorm veel waard en geeft mij nu een goede start voor mijn vervolgstudie en de rest van mijn carrière. Daar ben ik iL Office en het team enorm dankbaar voor.
Het is wederom een prettig traject geweest, waarbij we goed zijn ondersteund. Met het eindresultaat zijn we ook dik tevreden. Een extra compliment voor de after-sales. De opleverpunten die er zijn worden voortvarend opgepakt met de drive om het echt goed te willen doen.
Bij ons waren er een paar uitdagingen. o.a. ruimte, temperatuur, licht, geluid en werkomgeving. Door goed te luisteren hebben ze het goede gedaan. Knap om van dezelfde ruimte, meer ruimte te creëren! Tevens komen ze afspraken na! Kortom, een aanrader!

Kundig werd door Iwan en zijn team een ontwerp gemaakt. Er werd goed naar ons geluisterd. Het blijft natuurlijk een omgeving waar gewerkt wordt.
Snelle doorlooptijd van ontwerp naar realisatie. Il Office bracht daar heel knap toeleveranciers van meubelen, keukens, vloeren, wanden, licht en lucht-behandeling etc. samen. De puzzel viel zonder fouten ineen.
Nu ruim een jaar later genieten wij nog steeds van een buitengewoon prettige werkomgeving, én van de hoge kwaliteit van de inrichting.
