A clubhouse as the result of a Design & Build project for EIFFEL

EIFFEL supports organizations with expertise in legal, finance, data, and project management. For their employees in the The Hague region, the desire arose to open a satellite office closer to home, fully aligned with the organization’s culture.

Two wings, one whole

The 350 m² space is functionally divided into two wings:

a meeting wing, fully equipped for meetings and training sessions
a wing where collaboration and daily work take center stage

Together, they form a dynamic and flexible environment that gives employees the freedom to choose how and where they work.

The interior design was developed based on EIFFEL’s brand identity and therefore aligns seamlessly with their brand. Materials and colors create a sense of recognition, while carefully selected furniture, lighting, and floor finishes contribute to a modern, high-quality appearance.
