What is Design & Build?

Design and Build is an integrated way of working in which design and execution fall under one roof. Instead of working with separate parties for design, construction and project management, you choose one single point of contact with BESPARK. We also refer to it as a Design and Build contract: you tell us what you need in your office design and we manage the entire office realisation, from styling to ICT and wifi.
