The core values: personal, creative, interactive, committed, and innovative were central.

The interior combines the professional appearance of a leading HR service provider with an informal atmosphere in which employees and clients feel welcome. Blue from the Visma brand identity and Scandinavian shades of grey create recognition and calm.

Smart and sustainable choices

Sustainability was central in this project. The existing carpeting was given a second life, walkways were reorganized, and the stairwell was renewed. Acoustics were improved with quiet areas and phone booths, while representative meeting rooms spread throughout the building offer flexibility and professionalism.

At the heart of the design lies the social hub: a place for meeting, collaboration, and internal development. This is where the dynamic spirit of Visma Raet comes to life. The office is not only a workplace, but an environment that stimulates vitality, inspires clients, and makes employees proud.
