Our assignment? To translate the identity of Financial Assets from that historic building in Bilthoven to a floor on the Zuidas.

The interior concept was named New Tradition. Financial Assets wanted to build new traditions on the Zuidas while ensuring that the heritage and identity from Bilthoven were not lost. We integrated traditional elements into the interior design, without losing the connection to modern architecture.

With great care

We reused several emotionally significant existing items in the new interior, ensuring recognition for clients and preserving the sense of Bilthoven. The layout was thoughtfully designed to safeguard client privacy while making optimal use of the floor’s openness, allowing employees to enjoy the stunning views over Amsterdam’s Zuidas.

With the successful realization of this project, we did more than create an interior, we built a living bridge between Financial Assets’ rich history in Bilthoven and the modern environment of the Zuidas. A new location and a new interior where the identity of Financial Assets truly comes to life.
