Through modernization and sustainability improvements, Number One was given a second life as an attractive multi-tenant building.

After the relocation of De Persgroep in early 2020, the building had to be ready for new tenants within three months, with a high-quality finish and improved sustainability measures where possible to increase the value of the building.

BESPARK took on the full coordination and execution of the project. By managing all activities in-house, the renovation and sustainability improvements were carried out efficiently and precisely, ensuring optimal quality in every phase.

As a result, the building was not only prepared for lease but also made future-proof and attractive to new tenants.
