BESPARK prepared the 7th floor of both towers of the Crystal Building (1,180 m²) for lease for Merin Capelle. The flexible, sustainable office floor features LED lighting and optimized climate control, and offers new tenants the opportunity to design the space according to their own preferences.

Not a standard office, but a flexible and inviting space that supports Merin’s vision.

Together with Merin, the 7th floor of both towers was prepared for rental. As part of the sustainability approach, all lighting elements were replaced with LED lighting and the existing climate control system was optimized.

The space is fully ready for occupancy and can be designed by new tenants according to their own identity and preferences. It is a workplace where people can be happy, healthy, and successful.
