BESPARK, together with Hollandse Nieuwe, realized the Sketch House office: a flexible and inspiring concept by RVE Vastgoed. The spaces range from 36 m² to 1,100 m² per floor, are delivered turn-key, and feature plenty of daylight, sleek poured floors, and glass walls.

RVE Vastgoed wanted to develop an office concept that is flexible and suitable for both start-ups and larger companies.

Sleek poured floors, acoustically sprayed ceilings, and glass walls create an industrial look, while the daylight throughout the building provides an open and stimulating atmosphere.

Turn-key and future-oriented

The offices were delivered fully turn-key, allowing new tenants to simply place their furniture and equipment. The spaces range from compact workspaces of 36 m² to entire floors of approximately 1,100 m², making the concept highly flexible. Thanks to the neutral use of materials, tenants can fully design the office spaces according to their own identity and preferences.

Within a few months, Sketch House was delivered as an inspiring workplace where productivity, collaboration, and creativity take center stage. An office environment that invites people to work, meet, and grow, fully aligned with RVE Vastgoed’s vision of modern, stimulating workspaces.
