A home of its own for Kramp in Utrecht
Kramp, a European market leader in agricultural parts and technical services, rapidly outgrew its workspace in a shared office building in Utrecht. An anonymous floor without its own identity no longer did justice to the company’s culture and ambitions. The move to an independent office in the sustainable Wonderwoods building offered the opportunity to create a work environment that truly reflects Kramp’s strength and values.
Design vision and identity
The design by VOID interior architecture is based on the theme “Harvesting Connection”, a translation of Kramp’s role as a reliable, innovative, and down-to-earth partner in the agri sector. Natural materials such as wood, hemp, and stone form the foundation and create a warm, recognizable atmosphere. The design language is contemporary and timeless: future-proof and well suited to an organization that aims to lead in both technology and sustainability.
Spatial experience
The layout strikes a balance between meeting and focused work. At the center are a lively pantry and a living-room-style zone that invite employees and guests to connect. Surrounding these are quiet workspaces, project rooms, and meeting rooms in various sizes. Flexibility was a key starting point: movable elements and multifunctional zones allow the office to easily grow along with the organization.
