BESPARK created a 550 m² office environment for Charlie Temple, located in the iconic Van Nelle Factory in Rotterdam, that fully aligns with their identity and the unique atmosphere of the building.
The office is fully fitted with glass walls, with the exception of a few closed walls. This open layout enhances transparency and natural light and refers both to Charlie Temple’s product and to the open, creative atmosphere of the historic building.
BESPARK managed the entire process from design to completion, including the optimization of all installations so that the office meets modern requirements and environmental standards.
