For Tsavo, BESPARK developed an 800 m² workspace in the sustainable Wonderwoods building. A design in which transparency, circularity, and identity come together, fully aligned with the mission of this consultancy.
For years, they had been advising housing corporations on sustainability and now wanted a workplace that told the same story. They found it at Wonderwoods, a sustainable building full of light, greenery, and a unique indoor garden.
The decision to relocate was a strategic one. They needed more space and wanted to better support their people. Together with BESPARK, they started a Design & Build process. Architect Evelien translated their vision into an interior that truly feels like Tsavo. Transparency, natural materials, and clear sightlines were central to the design.
Every detail was aligned with their brand and sustainable ambitions, from circular furniture to CO₂-neutral flooring and smart building systems. Within four months, the office was delivered: a place that embodies their values and is ready for the future.
