About this project
When several lease agreements within Eurocenter II were approaching their end dates, the need arose to position the building more strongly for the future. Although the real estate itself was strong, the ground floor lacked identity, vibrancy, and a welcoming reception.
In collaboration with LaSalle Investment Management, BESPARK developed and realized a complete repositioning of the ground floor. The goal was not just a renovation, but the creation of a social meeting place that stimulates connection, enhances the user experience, and increases the building’s appeal.
The existing interior made way for a hospitality concept featuring a new reception, coffee bar, and informal meeting spaces. In collaboration with Vascobelo, a vibrant environment was created where welcoming, working, and meeting converge. By translating the building’s architecture into the interior and strengthening the connection with the outdoor space, Eurocenter II was given an open and inviting entrance.
From renovation to value creation
In addition to the transformation of the ground floor, BESPARK contributed to a broader future vision for the building, including a new street-side entrance and a landscaped connection to the building.
Today, the renewed ground floor forms the social heart of Eurocenter II. The investment strengthens the experience for tenants, supports leasing activities, and contributes to the sustainable value of the real estate.
The result:
- Stronger identity and positioning of the building
- Improved tenant experience through hospitality and community
- Greater appeal for new tenants
- Increased engagement and tenant retention
- Future-proof basis for leasing and value development
