The brief was clear: an office that breathes the business.

Urban Industrial invests in logistics real estate and wanted an office that reflects its long-term vision and growth ambition. For their new office, an interior was developed that makes the organization’s name and identity tangible: industrial, powerful, and future-focused.

Industrial look with warm yellow accents

The design by Heyligers Architects combines robust elements such as steel, wood, and leather with the accent color yellow, symbolizing energy, optimism, and creativity. This combination creates balance: tough yet warm, industrial yet inviting. The result is a work environment that radiates vitality and positivity without losing its professional, business-oriented character.

In addition to aesthetics, employee well-being was a key priority. The office offers comfortable workspaces, ample daylight, and a warm atmosphere that encourages collaboration and inspiration. It demonstrates that an industrial building can be perfectly transformed into a high-quality and enjoyable work environment.

A special eye-catcher in this office is the life-size mural by Roos Art. Watch the video below and get inspired.

Tough and stylish at the same time, this office proves that industry and comfort can truly go hand in hand.
