BESPARK realized the new office of RSM Haarlemmermeer: a merger of two different locations into one modern, flexible working environment. Workshops and inspiration sessions formed the foundation of a design that places hybrid working, openness, and collaboration at the center.
The result is a spatial layout across two wings (low-rise and high-rise), with elevators and the atrium as the connecting heart: the ‘stage’ for an inspiring working environment.
Upon entering, a panorama of workspaces and transparent hybrid meeting rooms unfolds. On the other side, you will find formal meeting rooms and offices with glass walls, making transparency and openness tangible. The social hub invites relaxation and interaction: there is a long bar with comfortable seating, café-style benches, and space for a game of table tennis.
Design that brings people together | Grey and oak form the calm foundation, with black as an accent and playful color details such as the light blue “runway” around the meeting rooms. The hybrid meeting zones have floors in ochre yellow, blue and taupe; the library stands out with a deep green tone in the carpet and seating. Plants give the workspaces a fresh, energetic appearance. Functional and inspiring.
