Building time

As a fast-growing, young company, FitForMe was looking for an environment that better matched its ambitions.

The move from a classic building to the modern First Building in the heart of Rotterdam’s business district marked a new phase in their development. The relocation not only provided room for growth, but also an opportunity to renew the internal organization.

A new way of working

With the new office, a way of working was introduced that focuses on short lines of communication, better collaboration, and increased interaction. Central to the design is the social heart: a lively meeting place that strengthens the company’s dynamism and makes collaboration feel natural.

BESPARK guided the entire process, from advice and design to project management and realization. Together with the team, a workplace was created that matches the energy and growth ambitions of FitForMe.

And more importantly, which strategic choices do you take into account? To help you get started, we developed this white paper. It outlines the different options for both scenarios.
