New office for Spring Real Estate on the Maliebaan in Utrecht.

For Spring Real Estate, BESPARK designed and realized the new office on the Maliebaan in Utrecht. The design seamlessly aligns with the style of their Amsterdam office: industrial, warm, and open, with a strong focus on identity and experience.

From an old bank building to a modern, future ready office.

The office of Spring Real Estate Utrecht is located in the former Rabobank building. BESPARK gave the 300 m² space a new interpretation, where history and modernity come together. The old concrete vault was preserved and transformed into an intimate lounge and meeting space, complete with the original steel door as a distinctive feature.

A recognizable style with its own accents

Just like in Amsterdam, an industrial foundation was chosen with a warm and open atmosphere. The entrance features an open ceiling with an acoustic art element by Kvadrat, while a custom wooden reception desk creates a warm welcome. The meeting room offers a view over the Maliebaan and features a specially designed acoustic wall print of a map of Utrecht.

The social heart as a meeting place | At the back of the building is the social heart: a coffee bar area that feels like a living room. Various seating areas, a large table, and personal photo frames create a homely and welcoming atmosphere. Glass, wood, and greenery give the space an open character, while dark accents provide contrast and calm. A place where employees collaborate, meet, and immediately feel at home.

Moderne vergaderruimte met grote tafel, wandkaart en grote ramen met uitzicht op buiten, voorzien van veel daglicht.

An industrial office with a warm, homely atmosphere, exactly the balance that fits Spring Real Estate.
